Exercise Caribe Wave 17 will take place on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 commencing at 1400 UTC. There will be three scenarios, a Santiago de Cuba, Costa-Rica based on the Limon earthquake 1991 and a Northeastern Antilles based on the 1843 event. This last scenario will be used for the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism Rescue Exercise that is scheduled for March 22 – 23, 2017.
